Slides
For this stage i used my grandads old slide, taking inspiration from val williams looking at how memories can be changed through different processes to reflect change over time, I began by photographing the images on the light box.

Development
In my developments i printed the slides to create physical collages of the origional images cuttting out certain objects to create a completely new memory by mixing both holiday photos and holiday photos to give the image a new context
I then printed my physical collages out on acetate taking them in the dark room overlaping hem on light sensitive paper to disrupt the clear focal point faorcing the eyes to navegate fragments of multiple memorys changing the memory further making it more abstract

I then cut out fragments of the acetate prints createing dark room collages which create a dreamlike image which shifts reality of the past, the mrgative space creates sharp contrast betwen the bright white and deep black tones
