-Stage 3-
Object

Photograms using found plastic
I used found plastic objects in the dark room positioning them under the enlarger to explore how light interacts with clear materials to highlight its texture and imperfection like rips and wrinkles. By exposing the paper through plastic it allowed emphasis of small details and differences between objects, creating abstract images that blur the line between the object itself and the image
Leveled
I then adjust the levels in photoshop to enhance the contrast and form of the objects to be more visible and correct the balance between the black and white values
Development
I then inverted the images to explore how shifting the tones can enhance the texture making edges of the plastic and text more visible and create a more abstract copys of the images

Acetate Photograms
I decided to take my developments from the previous stage and print them out on acetate, I then took them into the dark room placing them under the enlarger, layering them to create photograms which appear abstract, eye catching and interesting
